The organizational structure of the company incorporates departments such as sales, marketing, management, finance, supplies and logistics.

The company employs currently forty (40) employees, 25% of whom hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.

The company’s strongest belief is that knowledge is investment as well as a powerful element of competitiveness. Therefore, the company often organizes  several training seminars for its employees in co-operation with the main technical communities involved.
